There is no place like HOME...

Beckham and I travelled today back home. We came home for the weekend to visit family and friends. We had to take the longer route due to some bad weather conditions on the back roads, but safety first.


It was so great seeing the Burke county sign. It feels so good to be home. I find it ironic that I always talked about moving away... I couldn't wait to get out of Burke county. Now I would do anything to be back.


There is just something special about feeling at home. Home is where the heart is... I am still getting accumulated to Virginia. I have met some great people and I have enjoyed spending more time with Beckham, but there is no place like home.
